I saw a new food truck pop up in the neighborhood and I decided to try them out one day. I was not disappointed! I’ve been coming back to try new things on the menu ever since! All the food here tastes so fresh and flavorful. My favorite thing is the Lion’s Mane Steak. It’s a thick cut mushroom that looks like a steak and the sauce they put on it is amazing. Today I tried the harissa chicken, which is a new item on the menu, and it’s out of this world!!

After walking by this place dozens of times, I finally stopped by one evening when I didn't feel like cooking. I got the sweet chili pork shoulder and was honestly blown away. I felt like I'd stolen it for $14. You'd easily pay twice that at a sit down restaurant. Will be going back both for that and to try the rest of the menu. The chef (owner?) was also really nice, gave a great recommendation, and was apologetic about what was honestly a pretty reasonable wait considering how good the food is. Keep doing what you're doing!
